Chess Lightning Mini Class

Bring the fun home with our popular Chess Lightning mini classes! Students will learn sneaky traps, hone tactical acuity and put their new skills to the test playing lots of chess. Chess Lightning mini classes are a great way to learn the game or take it to the next level. Classes are tailored for each group of students to maximize learning and fun! Our expert coaches will come to your home each week with all the necessary equipment, amazing training techniques and a great sense of humor.

Chess Lightning Junior

Our four-student Chess Lightning Junior chess classes are designed and paced especially for preschoolers ages 4-6. Children will enjoy lively interactive lessons and Educational Light original mini-games under the caring guidance of two extraordinary chess instructors, both of whom are experts with young chess players.

Chess Pirate!

Shiver me timbers!  Can you and your friends beat the Chess Pirate and win the secret treasure?  The Chess Pirate will come to your home with a giant chess set, the secret treasure,  outrageous tall tales and swashbuckling chess moves.  Best suited for 2-4 kids, approximately 45 minutes of lively interactive educational entertainment.  Arr!

The Double Play

Scheduling fun and enriching after-school activities just got a whole lot easier! Start with a Math Blast class and follow it up with a Chess Lightning class - or switch it up. Either way, students will have a fantastic time and enjoy an afternoon of fun and learning! Best suited for 4-6 students.
